Phoebe

Phoebe has been tattooing almost 3 years and welcomes all different styles of tattoos. She particularly enjoys the American Traditional, Neo Traditional and Japanese style of tattooing. She is not opposed to a bit of black and grey or fine-line especially if a Happy Hippo is involved (hint).
